Bloody heck!! It has been a while since i last posted....(sigh). Life just keeps on going doesn't it. No waiting for anyone.
Well...things have been going ok. Feel a little under the weather today...bit of a sore throat and niggling headache but all in all ok. Very sore legs from a good leg workout last night and then jog this am. I'll be off to the gym soon to do shoulders, triceps and calves (and abs).
I've joined some of the other IBO girls in the 100% challenge...that is, following the my IBO plan 100% a day. Today is my first day (ha!) and all good. 100% so far. I'll post later on the forum my outcome percentage for the day.
I am off now to take a RAV 4 for a test drive....still tossing with the idea of either a Mazda 3 but still not sure what to do. Will let you know how good the Rav's are for wheelies....only kidding.

On the road again!!
Day 36 Monday 16th February
Yeah ha!!! God I love to run!! No rain today so I was able to take myself for a nice jog this arvo after my gym workout. Did shoulders and triceps today. Have moved up in weights and have increased the number of dips for each set. Up to 15, legs straight, elbows close....burn baby burn!!
Have been quiet due to the fact that we have had no internet...but all systems go again so I should be able to post regularly now....no excuse!!
Had a lovely weekend off call. It's amazing how free I felt not being tied to my mobile phone. Went out for dinner with some friends which was nice. I had grilled barra and a salad but I did have two glasses of champers and a scotch....but hey, I went for a run the next morning and I haven't had a drink for a while due to all the call I have been doing. So, I thought that was pretty good. We drove two of the girls home. They both live just out of Kununurra and with all the rain we ahve had we saw something that you don't see everyday...two freshwater crocodiles on her driveway!! And apparently the kids were swimming in the pool during the week with one. The photos are quite funny. Mind you I would have crapped myself!!
Anyway tomorrow I'll be tackling another jog in the am and legs before going to work. I'm not a hauge fan of legs but am developing a fondness for the exercises as I can see they are making some changes.
Yack to you all soon.

Gotta love mother nature
Hello all,
Just a quick update as to reason for me being on the quiet....mother nature!!
It has been quite a wet season up here and in the wee hours of Sunday morning the banks of the Fitzroy broke and along with it a telstra cable that supplies phone, mobile and land and internet access!! Therefore the entire Kimberley, except Broome, has been cut off from the rest of the world until today. A hercules plane was flown in to Derby with 17km of cable to fix the problem on Monday. So...the reason for no posts.
But, on that note it's getting close to my bed time and am knackered after a full admission clinic for theatre tomorrow.....start time....0630hrs!!! Hurray for me. Looks like I'll be tackling cardio and weights after work tomorrow!!
Thank you all for your welcome and comments and I'll catch up with you all tomorrow.
Ciao for now
